Because the Barber wanted melted cheese, everything was placed layer by layer in an aluminum tray, after which it was briefly placed under the grill to melt the cheese – then the salad on top and a few stripes of garlic sauce – due to the frequency of his orders the mighty snack was called “Kapsalon” – wonderful story –  a normal portion contains about 1200 kcal – there are an insane number of variants available and the Kapsalon is making a true triumphal march through the world – Where a small country can be fat –

Waar de wieg stond van de kapsalon is iedereen het redelijk over eens – Rotterdam – het verhaal gaat dat de eigenaar van een kapsalon bij de shoarmazaak in zijn straat zijn lunch bestelden met al zijn favoriete ingrediënten erin – Patat ,shoarma, kaas, salade met daarop een gulle laag knoflook sauce –

Hoe maak je Kapsalon

Omdat de kapper  graag gesmolten kaas wilden werd alles laag voor laag in een aluminium bakje gelegd waarna het even onder de grill werd gezet om de kaas te laten smelten – daarna de salade erop en een paar strepen knoflook sauce – door de frequentie van zijn bestellingen werd de machtige snack “Kapsalon” genoemd – prachtige verhaal –  een normaal portie bevat ongeveer 1200 kcal – er zijn een krankzinnig aantal varianten te verkrijgen en de Kapsalon is een ware zegetocht door de wereld aan het maken- Waar een klein land vet in kan zijn –
